With 18+ years of experience across Los Angeles, Antwerp and Brussels, her portfolio blends strategy, culture and creativity. Now, she is set to help write a bold new chapter as we grow our lifestyle and influence offering.
A career built on culture and connection
Marie-France studied marketing (EPHEC) and public relations (IHECS), a combo that gave her both the sharp thinking and creative instinct to move seamlessly between boardrooms and dance floors, literally.
She kicked off her career at Universal in LA, co-founded The Real Deal (one of Belgium’s first hip-hop event series), then became a familiar face on MTV Belgium. After that, she joined the leading PR agency, Oona, managing iconic brands such as Nike.
In 2008, she launched Connect the Dots: a consultancy that connects brands with top creative talent. Since then, she has worked with Red Bull, Absolut, The Hoxton, New Balance, Havana Club, and Amazon, and we could go on.

Marie-France speaks five languages and spins records on the side. She has always moved between worlds (events and strategy, street culture and global brands) and knows how to build genuine bridges between them.
