For the "Concours des Meilleurs Fromages de Chez Nous," organised by Apaq-W, the objective was to honour the most accomplished local cheesemakers. Our mission was to ensure that the results of this competition did not remain confined to the sector but reached the general public, generating significant recognition for these artisans and encouraging the discovery of their delicious local products.
